Bill the case, not the intake

Your clients do the organizational work before they ever sit down with you.

1

Send one link

Drop your standing client link into your intake email and signature. New clients set up CoreParent and finish intake before the consult, every time.

2

They organize the case

A guided prep pack walks the client through their plan, schedule, expenses, and a documented timeline. It arrives done, not a shoebox of screenshots.

3

You open it, already sorted

Their parenting plan, expenses, journal, and calendar land in your workspace, with their permission, so your first meeting is about strategy, not paperwork.

Inside your practice dashboard

Your clients organize their case; you open it already sorted. Every screen below is the real attorney workspace.

01

The pre-consult brief, already written

Before your first meeting, CoreParent assembles a brief from the client's own record: custody pattern, incident log, financials, and stated goals. You walk in knowing the case instead of billing an hour to learn it.

02

Your whole caseload, one workspace

Every client at a glance: their shared expenses, journal, and parenting plan in a single roster. No folders to hunt through, no email threads, no spreadsheets to reconcile.

03

Open a client and it's already sorted

When a client shares their case, the records arrive organized and timestamped. Nothing to chase, re-key, or reconcile: it's ready the moment you open it.

04

Go as deep as the case needs

An expense P&L, an AI journal summary in seconds, and custody-adherence analytics. The work that used to take a paralegal an afternoon, on screen in a click.

05

A privileged, court-separate thread

Message clients in a channel kept separate from the co-parent record, so your privileged communication stays privileged and never lands in an exhibit by accident.

06

Book the consult without leaving the case

Offer three times and CoreParent books a privilege-safe Zoom consult, dropping the link right on the case. No email tag, no separate scheduler.

Recorded from the live attorney portal with demo data.

Certified, court-ready records

Records that hold up in court

Every court-formatted export from CoreParent is a certified, tamper-evident record, built to self-authenticate under the Federal Rules of Evidence.

Verifying a certified record: enter the code, confirm the fingerprint, download the affidavit.

Self-authenticating

Each record carries a verification code, a SHA-256 fingerprint, and an Ed25519 signature registered at generation. Opposing counsel or the court confirms it in seconds at coreparent.app/verify, built to self-authenticate under FRE 902(11), (13), and (14).

A free business-records affidavit

Every certified record includes a pre-filled Certification of Business Records under FRE 902(11), 902(13), and 28 U.S.C. § 1746, with declaration and notary block included. It costs nothing.

No subpoena required

Because records self-authenticate, there's usually no need to subpoena CoreParent to get a document admitted. The certificate travels with the file.

Admissibility is determined by the court, and requirements vary by jurisdiction.
