What tends to work: document facts that affect the kids and the plan, like missed or late exchanges, unpaid shared costs, safety concerns, and decisions made or refused. Note them with dates and specifics, kept in one place. Skip the he-said-she-said and the emotional play-by-play. A tidy, factual, child-focused record is worth far more than a mountain of angry screenshots. Ask your attorney what matters most in your jurisdiction.
