My ex keeps sending my child home filthy

I’m really worried that my child is not getting showered and teeth brushed for up to the 5 days when he spends with his dad. I have a 2-2-5 schedule. Every-time I pick him up he smells so bad that even my younger child said . Mom he smelled so bad I had to roll down the car window. It makes me want to cry. My ex won’t listen to anything I say.

What I tried

I say. I’ve tried being nice. Not nice. I don’t know what to do !

What worked

Nothings worked so far. He refuses to help out. I really don’t want to spend more money going back to court
